The Lemelson Willamette Valley Pinot noir is a blend made to capture the freshness of the vintage. To achieve this, barrels were selected roughly halfway through our more standard 15 months of barrel aging and bottled early so we could preserve the bright fruit character. Additionally, second year oak barrels were preferentially selected to achieve pleasant oak nuances while not overpowering the blend. The resulting wine is thus modestly oaked and fruit focused. The purity of the raspberry and cherry fruit coupled with notes of forest floor and dried flower makes this wine an excellent dinner companion.$29.00
An arpent is an antiquated land measurement that predated the French Revolution, and Jean–François uses this term to refer to several small parcels of 60-year-old Sauvignon Blanc that are the foundation for this cuvée. It is harvested by hand, fermented by indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, and aged in tank for seven months with some lees stirring.

Delice de Bourgogne is a French classic triple crème cheese from the Burgundy region, France. Delice de Bourgogne was created by Jean and Fromagerie Lincet in 1975. The cheese is made by blending full-fat cow's milk with crème fraîche to create an incredibly delicious soft cheese with a rich flavour and a smooth, melt-in-the-mouth texture. Unlike many simple triple crème kinds of cheese, Delice de Bourgogne has a white, bloomy and pungent rind because of the Penicillium Candidum mould. The mushroomy aroma of thin rind adds a playful contrast to the rich, creamy, buttery and tangy notes of the interior.
