This old farmhouse has been many things over the past 130 years. But in 2012, the old girl was stripped back down to her bones and set back in time. Souther Napa wasn't a store that was made for a strip mall. The building had to reflect the vision of Carrie and Jim Cox. They wanted to create a truly special wine store in Daphne, Alabama that would fuse their love of Napa Valley and deep Souther charm and tradition.
Original hardwood floors, reclaimed hardwoods from fish camps that were destroyed during Hurrican Katrina, antiques and a vibe that is like no other wine store you have visited... anywhere.
As beautiful as the building is, the real star are the wines. Wine for every day drinking, wines for a special occasion, and wines for your cellar. Southern Napa is able to source and gets wines that no other store can. Their relationships in Napa Valley bring the finest of wines only to Main Street in Daphne.
