This dry-hopped pale ale takes its name from the Yallarhammer Pavilion, one of the most iconic gathering sites on the Farm with a strong tie to our fly fishing program. Bursting with bold and fresh hop aromas, but light enough for a session, it’s a beer for all seasons.
An easy drinking session ale brewed with American 2 Row, Munich, White Wheat, and Corn. This light bodied beer has a soft mouthfeel and slight sweetness from the corn. A late dose of American hops and low fermentation temps give the finish on this everyday brew some bright citrus tones. Free Mason Island is a shell island approximately 5 miles from the main Chandeleur Island chain and one of our best wade fishing spots we have access to from the Mississippi Coast.

Dragoons were cavalrymen who were a staple of the British Army in the 17th and 18th centuries. Similarly, our Red Ale is a staple of our beer lineup (and the red color makes us think of British Army Redcoats). A beautifully simple ale with a deep red color and an easy drinking balanced flavor.

Fairhope 51 is a classic American pale ale, brewed with a combination of American-made Falconer's Flight hops and German hops. Named for being the 51st recipe entry into former brewer Dan's beer notebook, this pale ale is packed with hop flavor but not overly bitter. Though this crisp, flavorful beer was 51 in Dan's notebook, we expect it to be your top choice for a pale throughout Lower Alabama.
The Cruxmas is a full bodied seasonal holiday beer. Copious amounts of crystal malt contribute caramel and sweet flavors, while vanilla, cacao nibs, and cinnamon infusions round out it's holiday spirit.
Voodoo is a heavily dry-hopped American Pale Ale, which relies on flaked wheat and oats to enhance the tropical and fruit flavors provided by the hops. Expect melon, passion fruit, tangelo, and pine flavors and aromas from the use of Citra and Simcoe hops. Heavy dry-hopping and the use of oats and wheat result in a naturally hazy beer.
Bestie is a delicious session Pub Ale brewed in collaboration with England’s Arundel Brewery, Wild Heaven Beer and Robert Merrick of Atlanta’s 9 Mile Station. Built on the backbone of a traditional Standard Pub Ale with our own twist added, Bestie is designed to be a flavor-forward, yet easy-drinking beer. It is medium amber in color with light hints of peat and dark fruits and finishes crisp and clean with lingering floral hops.
