Willakenzie's new estate-focused blend, the Estate Pinot Noir is pale ruby-purple in color with a lovely spicy nose of red licorice, dried rose petals and potpourri over a core of bright red fruits—raspberry, strawberry, rhubarb and red cherry with cinnamon stick accents. Light to medium-bodied, it features bright red fruits framed with oodles of savory/spicy notes in the mouth. It has firm, grainy tannins and wonderful juicy acidity, finishing long with spicy layers. This will show best after a couple of years in bottle.
Illahe pinot gris is layered with complex fruit and starts with notes of crisp granny smith apple, bright lemon zest, and hints of clove, paired with light notes of papaya and starfruit. It is also influenced by the neutral oak it is vinified in, which adds creaminess and texture with lingering flavors of almond butter and a spicy finish of cardamom creates an exciting and flavorful wine that is sure to leave you wanting more.
Floral notes of dried rose petals and fresh picked red fruits play with touches of cinnamon and nutmeg on the nose. Generous flavors of red cherry and raspberry swirl with subtle notes of vanilla. This wine graces the entire palate with smoothly textured tannins and ends with a spiced, pleasant finish.
Ruby and bright. Well balanced Oregon Pinot. Medium fruit, acidity, tannins. Fruit forward red berry, moderate baking spice, a hint of tart pomegranate.
Pale to medium ruby-purple in color with a very pretty nose of dried leaves, dusty earth and wood smoke over fresh, ripe red and black cherries and berries aromas with notes of cranberry sauce and bright pomegranate—a nice interplay of fruit and earth here. The palate is light to medium-bodied with juicy red and black fruits plus nuances of earth and spice, framed by softly grainy tannins and juicy acidity, finishing long and on a smoky note.
"Dark cherries and toasted spices make for a captivating nose with plenty of immediate interest. The deeply rich dark-cherries on the palate are cast along fluid, long and sturdy tannin lines. Strong finish. Drink or hold."
Refined and well-structured, with expressive raspberry & rose petal aromas that open to densely layered cherry, stony mineral & black tea flavors, building tension toward fine-grained tannins.
Aromas of sharp green apples and stone fruits are underscored with green tea and honeysuckle notes. Screaming acidity and a juicy finish make this the perfect food wine to pair with spicy foods or meats and cheeses.
Illahe Viognier leaps from the glass with expressive apricot, nectarine skin, apple blossom, and honey suckle. The palate finishes clean crisp kiwi, chamomile, and Siletz salt. The best way to describe this wine is that it smells and tastes like spring in a bottle.

Mouthwatering and multi-dimensional, this perennial crowd pleaser is a blend of our favorite cool-climate whites: Müller-Thurgau (35%), Gewürztraminer (29%), Riesling (24%) and Pinot Gris (12%). Crafted from several harvests in order to display the unique qualities of each variety, heady scents of orange blossom, ripe honeydew, guava and kiwi offer a vibrant introduction to this aromatic blend. The palate is sumptuous and round, bursting with stone fruit, Meyer lemon and juicy pear drizzled with caramel. This plushness yields to a clean, bright and uplifting finish.

From Willamette Valley and Southern Oregon vineyards. Using grapes from these two regions allowed us to create a wine with a beautiful balance between citrus and tropical, and one that is refreshing on the palate. This wine is fun, elegant and transparent.
Wildly aromatic with an abundance of white peach, Asian pear, citrus blossom and a honeysuckle floral kick! The intense aromas foretell an explosion of flavor punctuated by a delicate effervescence. Sweet and delicious, the naturally low alcohol, crisp acidity and light carbonation create a very light and refreshing sensation. While many might think of this as a dessert wine, it’s perfect as an aperitif with fresh fruit or great as a brunch or celebration wine with its low alcohol.
Tikka was Eric Lemelson’s Great Pyrenees dog who loved to patrol the perimeter of our Pinot gris vineyards. This wine is a tribute to her. Tikka’s Run Pinot gris is sourced from Wascher Vineyard (a lower elevation site) and Chestnut Hill Vineyard (a higher elevation site). Both sites have very different microclimates and soil types which makes for unique growing conditions and distinctive wine characteristics that work very well with each other once blended. The wine has bright pear, lemon peel, melon and white flower notes that go into a long, mineral and citrus-driven finish. A good fraction of this wine was barrel fermented, which really helps round out the richness of the wine and bring it into balance with the wine’s crisp, acidic backbone.
The Chardonnay “Un” is a throwback to Old World acid driven style we love from this glorious grape. Couple with a generosity of fruit and texture on the palate that makes you realize you are in the New World. The aromatics are a nice balance of orchard fruit - pears with hints of marzipan (think pear almond tart, but not too buttery) and hints of light and well integrated flinty reduction. On the tongue, the wine is lively with gorgeous fruit, mineral character and tons of length.
Beautiful aromatics of blackberry, cinnamon stick, dried cranberry and cedar jump from the glass. The mouth is supple with strawberry, balsamic reduction, lavender, thyme and cocoa powder finishing with soft tannins laced with black licorice

The aromas arising from the glass are dominated by dark cherries and ripe raspberries, with some nice toast and spice from our French oak barrel aging. In the mouth some blueberry and pomegranate notes compliment the other fruit flavors along with a caramel richness. The interplay between the lush fruit and the acids and tannins create an appealing and long lasting mouthfeel.

The wine is a pale golden color. The aromas leaping from the glass have white peach, green apple, and a nice tropical pineapple overlay. The flavors center around the nice quince and peach notes with strong citrus contributions, evoking thoughts of lime blossoms and Meyer lemons. The mouthfeel is quite full and rich, with a pleasingly tart finish.
Honeydew melon, white peach, kaffir lime with spicy notes of cardamon, clove and floral aromatics of pear blossom and candied orange make this appealing nose leap from the glass. The fresh palate is defined by tangerine and kumquat acidity intermingled with apricot and green tea.
Named for their daughter, Daisy, who has a ferocious passion for chickens! When she was five, her burgeoning flock escaped and overran the vineyard. This happy accident became a defining moment for our farming, as we embraced the hens' natural inclination to scratch out weeds and balance insect populations. The 2021 Daisy has a bracing framework of acidity, minerality, and citrus. Pear and apple broaden to tropical fruit and a layered texture.
Beautiful ruby red color with aromas of black currant layered with cinnamon, clove spice, and rose petal. The palate has bold flavors of cherry, raspberry, rhubarb, with hints of bitter dark chocolate, and mushroom. Finishes warm, silky, and long!
Barrel fermented in French oak, mostly used but some new. Fermented with whatever yeast blows in the door, minimal sulphur added and the wine basically goes from barrels to bottle with only a short stay (2-3 days) in a blending tank. Filtration, fining and other nonesuch are completely left out of the program. Simplicity at its finest!
tasting notes - This wine smells like warm apple pie and waxy white flowers. When you take your first sip there is an explosion of acidity that brings the pallet to life. Granny Smith apples are balanced with nuttiness and warm dough. The finish is bright and the acid lets you savor the apple, lemon and yeasty notes. This wine has a dry focused mouthwatering finish.
Deliciously peppery and fruit laden, this highly quaffable wine is perfect for a grill out, or to sip at a party with friends and family. The aromatics are clearly Cabernet Franc with violet floral overtones, graphite and ripe red raspberry. The pallet is juicy, clean, fruity, but balanced with Cab Franc notes of peppers, ripe berries and exotic spices.
WineNow comprised of 4 vineyards here in the YC AVA – where Big Table Farm resides – each brings a slightly different element to create a wine with the power the area is known for, but also the finesse that makes Pinot noir so beautiful. I visit these sites as often as all the others, but their proximity makes it just a little bit easier. Three are early ripening (warmer) and the fourth is one of the last to be picked.
tasting notes - This wine shows heady aromas of plum, raspberry preserve, stewed fruit and wet earth. Palate has liqueur qualities, juicy dark blue fruits, leather and black cherry. Full ripe tannins on the finish add unexpected but well received structure on the palate to hold all the dark fruit.
Pleasant aromas of raspberry, Bing cherry and hints of earthy forest floor mingle. The palate exudes bright red fruit flavors of cherry and cranberry complemented by a focused mid palate of black pepper and light roasted coffee beans.
Illahe grüner veltliner introduces itself with light but dense aromas of dried peach, honey crisp apple, and fresh cedar board. This wine is fermented partially in acacia barrels which offer herbal flavors and complex texture. The palate also contains flavors of red grapefruit, graham cracker, and white nectarine. The aromatics are savory and significant while ethereal at the same time. A deep spicy earthy undertone in the nose of the wine features ripe strawberries, cherries and dark earth tones. The palate is lithe and unique with a balance of fresh herbs, wild berry concentration and mid-palate minerality—it really delivers for a base level Pinot. Drink up now or wait a few months, years, etc., but don’t miss this one!
Intriguing notes of fresh earth, oak leaves and pepper are woven together in the initial impression. Lifted, verdant tannins give this wine a firm structure for the vintage to showcase its characteristic spiciness. A vibrant and snappy Pinot that will shine and refresh when paired with curries, spetzatinas, and rich stews.

Picked early at harvest, it has lively acid and a pretty aroma enhanced by its sparkle and joined together with the feeling of seeing a rainbow behind a waterfall.
