The terroirs of Chinon and Vouvray combined in one bottle! This French sparkling is sourced from the sandy and gravelly terraces of the Vienne valley, from Seuilly in Chinon and from Reugny in Vouvray. The minerality of Chenin (90%) is complemented by the finesse of Chardonnay (10%). Made using the méthode traditionnelle or champenoise, this blend matured for at least 12 month on the lees after the second fermentation in bottle. The resulting wine offers up a complex nose with accents of citrus and brioche, followed by beautiful subtlety and toasty flavors on the palate, all backed by a nice, balancing acidity.
