Dry, lively and refreshing. Aromas and flavors of tangy red cherries, pomegranate, fresh ginger, white pepper. Camargue delta in France. ‘Gris de Gris des Sables’ is a rosé de pressurage and blend of Grenache (gris, noir and blanc) and Cinsault grapes. Vineyards are 200 yards from the sea. Grapes are harvested at night when temperatures are coolest. All tank made. Certified organic.
Gris de Gris des Sables is a particular style of rosé wine made especially in the Camargue, a blend of red grapes such as Grenache and Cinsault, pressed gently to extract a delicate, pale salmon color. Crisp and bright, with citrus-inspired acidity mixing with tangy red berry fruit, Gris de Gris doesn’t just signal the start of summer.

Elegant salmon pink color. Complexity and powerful aromas of raspberry, lime, candy, slightly minty notes, give a very generous bouquet. On the palate, this wine is rich, with notes evolving towards strawberries and blueberries with a smooth minerality, adding freshness, and a long finish with persisting notes of red fruit. A superb Rose!Sold Out
The origins of this estate go back to the 13th century when it was the property of the Knights Templar. The large 400-acre vineyard has produced this fine rich wine, full of ripe red fruits and with a bright herbal edge. It is bone dry, crisp and ready to drink.

This wine's intense pink rose petal color is slightly darker and more robust than the rosés of nearby Provence, which is indicative of the wine itself. A nose of macerated strawberries, raspberries, and peaches, with a faint earthy and peppery base, comes together with a fresh clay minerality on the soft, round, and slightly weighty palate.
Well-integrated ripe cherry skin acidity is key in retaining this sturdy rosé's balance and freshness, making it a fine companion for richer foods like grilled lamb loin chops, burgers, spicy sausages, fresh tomato sauced pastas, and mezze platters.
