Lively acidity marks the way for this crisp Pinot Gris. The wine's pineapple, honeycomb and toasted filbert aromas are graced by the kind of fresh salinity you get with an ocean breeze. Look for flavors of lemongrass, tangerine and wet slate to brighten your day.
Aged on its lees without malolactic fermentation, this light-bodied, stainless steel-fermented Pinot Gris features gentle acidity and flavors of lime zest and lemon-infused mineral water. Each swirl of the glass conjures up bright yellow grapefruit, wet slate and saline aromas.

Upstream from Bordeaux along the Garonne River lie the vineyards of Buzet, just north of Armagnac and southwest of Cahors. Buzet was recognized as an Appellation in 1973, as it’s clay limestone soils are ideal for Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Christophe tends to these vines with the utmost respect for biodiversity of the terroir and this cuvée is vinified without oak.
This Buzet Beauty is a 50/50 blend of Cabernet and Merlot that will remind you what it’s all about... Beaming nose of tiny berries and silky, velvety tannins. An absolute delight!

Illahe Vineyards Estate Pinot Noir begins with strawberry, tamarind, and blackberry then broaden along the palate to include chalk, tobacco leaf, chocolate, and earth. The acid supports a complete yet not overwhelming tannin balanced between skin and oak. The wine retains its velvet mouthfeel through a process of clarification by racking.
