An excellent wine made with 100% Vidiano grape. It is a very old Cretan grape which for many years was ignored, but due to the arduous and persistent efforts of some inspired winemakers of Crete has come back to the foreground and has given high quality wines in recent years. The white "Dafnios" is produced with no barrel usage.
Pale golden colour. Medium intensity aromas of yellow and citrus fruits, which are combined with a little more intense aromas of chamomile, jasmine and spices. Full and rich flavour presenting the tasting characteristics of apricot and flowers. Very pleasant, balanced acidity and fine finish.
