Les Autrots is a natural wine . Vinification is carried out in whole bunches with indigenous yeasts and aging in amphora and barrels. Sulphur is set aside to preserve the wild state of the wine. This philosophy allows us to preserve the fruit as much as possible.

The acid supports a complete yet not overwhelming tannin balanced between skin and oak. The wine retains its velvet mouthfeel through a process of clarification by racking.
