71% Syrah, 14% Mourvedre, 11% Grenache, 4% Viognier
QED Convergence is ripe and structured, with supple tannins and racy acidity. The complex bouquet consists of blackberry, kirsch, bacon fat, white pepper, cured meats, and grilled herbs. Nuances of gravel, and tar can also be noted. The palate is beautifully layered and complex: blackberry, huckleberry, kirsch dominate but notes of bacon fat, honeysuckle, truffle mushroom, Asian spices, and grilled herbs support. The racy acidity and substantial yet refined tannins provide a nice counterpoint to the fruit vibrancy. The very long finish echoes tones of kirsch, bacon fat, cured meats and white pepper.
A Kitchen Sink wine featuring; Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Touriga Nacional and Petit Verdot.
Forward, seductive and plush, this opens with a bouquet of blackberry jam, black tea, mint and boysenberry jam. This leads to ripe flavors of black cherry, eucalyptus, red raspberry and coffee grounds.
This neutral French oak-aged blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot is a side project from the folks at Andrew Will. Its aromas draw you into the glass, evoking savory herbs, cherry, tangerine peel, fresh tobacco, green pepper and black olive. The palate brings pure, textured, seamless fruit and savory flavors that sail into the distance.

An excellent Frenchtown vintage showing bright fruit aromatics, from wild berries and black cherry to dark plum framed on a medium-bodied structure. An easy-drinking wine, its fruit-forward profile is accented by violets and savory thyme. Vivid flavors carry through to a delicious finish.
