Medium garnet color. Bramble, licorice, petricor, and preserved violets fill the nose. Classic textbook Nebbiolo on the nose, with delicate red fruit and earthy undertones. With time this wine will surely overdeliver and exceed expectations.

A wine that tastes like it came from a million identical berries. There is great density, richness, acidity and structure but all in equal proportion. This is new school Stag’s Leap opulence with notes of scorched earth, incense, spice cake and licorice. The fruit profile here leans more toward the cool blue fruit side balanced by the tannin inherent in the vintage. This wine is so drinkable now but should easily go 20-30 years based solely on its densitySold Out
Dark purple all the way to the rim, the wine opens with aromas of creosote, blackberries, espresso roast and toast. Now fully recovered from bottling, it has picked up density and weight adding a rich blueberry core to the palate complemented by baker’s chocolate, tobacco and licorice.Sold Out
All of the grapes for this wine come from the single 'cru' called Bricco Boschis. This is classic Castiglione Falletto Barolo, combining the clear fruit notes of La Morra and Barolo itself (strawberry, occasionally red-currant) with many other botanical notes supported by middling dark-chocolate tannins. It's firmer than La Morra, but not as beefy as Serralunga. While it can be drunk while young, this will age for as long as you can resist opening it.
Capturing the freshness and finesse of the vintage, this has classic varietal aromas of rose petal, forest berry, camphor and underbrush. Reflecting the nose, the vibrant, focused palate delivers ripe red cherry, crushed raspberry, wild mint and star anise set against taut, refined tannins. Bright acidity keeps it balanced. While you won't have to wait years before enjoying this, it will also age at least another decade or more. Best 2024–2033.

We think Cecilia is doing society a favour by making this entry level 100% Nebbiolo wine. Reasonably priced, but so expressive.
Using grapes from the Serracapelli Cru (the same vineyard as one of Cecilia's Barbaresco) gives the wine a medium ruby colour and an extraordinary body given it only sees minimal time in old oak. The high tannins are soft and well integrated for a wine of only 3 years age, giving the strawberry, red plum and black cherry fruit flavours plenty of space to shine. Give it 30-60 mins of air and you might also find dried herbs, fennel seeds, roast beetroot and leather boots too. A perfect wine for red sauce pasta or a creamy risotto.

Cent Visages, meaning 100 faces, is the name Jean-François gives to his cuvée of 100% Côt (Malbec) from a single vineyard in St. Julien de Chedon. These 50 year old vines are an old massale selection of Cot. The Côt (Malbec) grape brings a very deep and concentrated garnet colour. Very ripe aromas on the nose (blackcurrant, crushed red berries) with notes of prunes and violets. Very persistent finish.
Very rustic wine. Best enjoyed on full bodied, rich and spicy dishes, game dishes and strong cheeses. Also great as a glass of wine with friends, in front of the fire place during long winter evenings.

There is a redwood and cedar frame to the fruit and a ras el hanout spice note peeks in and out (if you don’t know this spice blend, I recommend you go and sniff it out. It is excellent with chicken and pork.) This a harmonious, elegant Pinot noir and not a juicy bruiser. The weight on the palate is medium and the acidity is mouth-watering though not aggressive. The tell-tale Peay Pinot noir aromas of dried pine needle, jasmine tea, and earth linger in the after-taste. This wine offers charm, complexity, and value.

The Bourgogne Aligoté is sourced from a 90-year-old plot of vines in Marsannay. The fruit undergoes a cold soak prior to fermentation, for which it is then transferred to neutral oak barrels. This process imparts a roundness that overlays Aligoté's traditionally firm acidity. As more and more producers are taking Burgundy's 'other white grape' seriously, it's important to know the benchmarks, and Domaine Audoin's iteration certainly falls in that category.Sold Out

The first nose, superb, immerses uncompromisingly in essences of fruits and flowers oscillating between blueberry and violet. There is also a nice bouquet of spices of white pepper and cloves. After swirling, smokier notes and fresher notes of red cedar finally exhale.
The mouth is very elegant, its attack is round and suave. The balance and accuracy of this wine are impressive.
