The wine is dark and dense on appearance. The brooding nose is intense and shows an abundance of dark fruits. Aromas of blackberry, blueberry, baking spices, and heady whiffs of violets create complexity. Dark berry fruit, licorice, notes of sweet tobacco, and allspice follow through onto a vibrant mid-palate with bright, svelte tannins and a silky texture. The wine shows exceptional balance with fresh, integrated acidity. Dark plums, black olives, and hints of tar and cigar box linger on an earthy finish.

Complex, aromatic, scintillating white wine. The nose is bright, pure and combines aromas of lemongrass, white stone fruits, citrus notes, Anjou under ripe pear, jasmine and wet pebbles. The palate displays layers of citrus, green apple, grapefruit and jasmine. The wine shows excellent texture, minerality and long finish. It is brisk and mouth watering.

The wine has a deep, complex aroma of ripe dark berries, cassis, plum, and baking spices, with hints of toasty vanilla, clove, and cola. The palate is loaded with forward dark fruits and silky, round tannins that help keep the layers of flavor present through the incredibly long finish. This Cabernet Sauvignon is drinking beautifully right now and will continue to develop complexity for many years to come.
