Pale straw yellow, very clear. The aromas in this wine are very complex with white peach and apricot, yellow grapefruit, and lemon blossoms erupting from the glass. The fruit aromatics carry through on the entry and lend a dry frutiness to the mineral driven pallet. The wine has very appealing ripeness and great balancing acidity. This is a medium to light-bodied Sauvignon Blanc, where the complexity of stone fruit and green apples, yield to a very citrusy, crisp finish.$19.00
Sourced from vineyards that surround the winery and fermented without oak to preserve the underlying expression of its classic terroir, this is Sauvignon Blanc as channeled through the unique prism of Bordeaux.

This hand-harvested, un-oaked, 100% Sauvignon Blanc is produced from a blend of two Casablanca Valley vineyards: Belén and El Principal. The sandy, clay soils and cool, coastal climate contribute to a bright, fresh character in the wine. Citrus notes of lemon, lime, and grapefruit, combined with a mineral undertone lead to a crisp, elegant, and well-balanced finish.
