Our Viognier sits on a beautiful hilltop that was once beyond our fence line. Years of longing after the neighboring acreage were eventually realized as our first expansion of the Estate. We developed our new young vineyard, the Field of Dreams, by trying out a handful of underutilized varietals. One of these was the slow-ripening Viognier, a challenge in Oregon’s cool growing climate. The vines thrived and here take expression in a crisp white, delivering a bouquet of fruity and floral aromatics over a honey-ladened mouthfeel

Illahe Vineyards Estate Pinot Noir begins with strawberry, tamarind, and blackberry then broaden along the palate to include chalk, tobacco leaf, chocolate, and earth. The acid supports a complete yet not overwhelming tannin balanced between skin and oak. The wine retains its velvet mouthfeel through a process of clarification by racking.

Illahe pinot gris is layered with complex fruit and starts with notes of crisp granny smith apple, bright lemon zest, and hints of clove, paired with light notes of papaya and starfruit.
