This Langhe Nebbiolo is spot on for now or later and offers great value. It graces the glass with its beautiful ruby colour, revealing a bouquet of cherries, strawberries, and raspberries, complemented by a delicate sprinkling of violets and dried herbs. On the palate, it offers an elegant and lively interplay, balancing fruit, acidity, and rounded tannins.
Langhe Nebbiolo is sourced from a vineyard in Barbaresco where the soil is composed of laminated marls mixed with silt. The grapes were fermented, including 15-20 days on their skin. Following malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged for 12 months in cement and concrete tanks.
