Crafted in a small cooperative in the northwest of Provence, where rosé wines are traditionally vinified dry, our signature product is one-of-a-kind. Made from a family recipe, it delivers a crisp and well-balanced off-dry taste profile.

Tasting notes: Notes of scrumptious, ripe peach are followed by subtle aromas of lychee and elderflower.
Grapes: Grenache, Merlot, Black Muscat, White Muscat
Notes from the winemaker: Each varietal is vinified separately. The grenache is mutated before the end of fermentation by centrifugation which allows us not to augment the sulfite level and to bring out a wine that has the same characteristics as a dry wine, and as natural as possible. We only use direct press juice

The sort of classic “bistro wine” wine that you’d dream of drinking on a warm summer evening in Paris, it’s fantastic for fresh goat-cheese salads, fish in cream sauce, or even herb-roasted pork or chicken. Just don’t serve it too cold, according to Mary, to avoid masking its full depth and aromatic complexity.

Elegant salmon pink color. Complexity and powerful aromas of raspberry, lime, candy, slightly minty notes, give a very generous bouquet. On the palate, this wine is rich, with notes evolving towards strawberries and blueberries with a smooth minerality, adding freshness, and a long finish with persisting notes of red fruit.
