South End IPA was brewed as a tribute to our shared neighborhood in Charlotte, NC with our friends at Resident Culture. In this timeless West Coast-style IPA that both breweries adore we used legendary Weyermann Pilsner malt and local to NC grown Vienna from Epiphany to build the perfect grain bill for Strata, Simcoe, and Amarillo from VSG Farms to shine. Hop notes include lush tropical fruit, cannabis, and citrus peel.

Schlenkerla Helles is brewed with fine Bavarian aroma hops from the area around the city of Nürnberg. It's lagered in century old caves underneath the historic Schlenkerla brewery and maltings. Schlenkerla Helles is boiled in the same copper kettles and bottom fermented by the same yeast as the historic Schlenkerla Smokebeer.
