Chardonnay grapes blended with Grechetto, and Sauvignon Blanc.
The hand harvested grapes are destemmed, the juice is then cooled and left with the skins for a brief period of time. After pressing and settling the wine is fermented under temperature-controlled conditions
Excellent as an aperitif or with typical Mediterranean cuisine, such as salads, pasta, seafood and white meats. Excellent also with flavorful, spicy Asian foods.
Sangiovese up to 70%: Cabernet and other varieties up to 30%. The exact proportions can vary with each vintage.
The two grape varieties are vinified separately, since they ripen at different times. Toward the end of fermentation they are blended and placed in small wooden casks where they slowly complete alcoholic and malolactic fermentation.
Given its fruitiness, Dogajolo can be paired with first courses and white meats, but shows at its best with full-flavored dishes such as roasts, grilled meats, cold cuts and Tuscan regional specialties.
Characterised by a rich and powerful red fruit nose with notes of vanilla and toast, this elegant oak matured ruby red wine delights the palate with its overtones of licorice, delicate spice and red fruit, while its tannic content provides a long and firm finish.
Our wines can be kept to age for 8 to 12 years.
In order to drink our full-bodied yet elegant wines at their best, decant two hours before tasting and serve at a temperature of 17 to 18C.

Vineyards in Valle de Uco and Luján de Cuyo. Altitude between 2,306- and 3,927-feet elevation. Semi-desert climate.
The 2018 vintage was characterized by excellent climactic conditions throughout the growing season. Temperatures within the historical averages, minimal rainfall, and a larger thermal amplitude compared to previous years resulted in a characteristic growing season for Mendoza. The excellent health conditions of the vineyard allowed for a harvest of high- quality fruit with good color and concentration. The harvest began on February 16th with Chardonnay de Los Árboles, Tunuyán and ended on April 20th with Cabernet Sauvignon de El Peral, Tupungato.
Fermented with selected and native yeasts in 8- and 17- ton closed-top stainless-steel tanks. Aged in American oak barrels (10% new) for 8 months. Bottled in February 2019. Unfined.
Bright and deep purple color. Aromas of black fruit reminiscent of fresh plum mixed with graphite notes. On the palate the wine is balanced and energetic, with sweet and round tannins and long finish.
